Richard "Dickey" Dupuis has been in the commercial real estate brokerage, development, management and financing business for 38 years, 10 of those years working for the investment department of Ohio National Life Insurance Company, a nationwide mortgage lender, and 19 years in the commercial mortgage banking business. He has a B.S. with a major in "Business Management" from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, in Lafayette, LA, is a former certified member of CCIM Institute (CCIM), completed all of the Income Property Finance Courses offered by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, completed all of the MAI Appraisal Courses of the Appraisal Institute and attended numerous conventions/seminars on commercial real estate sales, appraising, leasing, management, development and financing. He is also a graduate of the internationally recognized Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Leadership Program and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
